The house lies in Rudnik, a place at a green route (interlokale way) between the pleasant city Vrchlabi (13 km) and the larger city Trutnov (14 km) with be good foresee, souvenir store and beautiful renovated market square.

The house do not lies far of the street and is well accessible. If you wants to walk or ride a bicycle (mountainbike) there are a lot of possibilities in the surroundings. The giants mountains lies on ca. 10 km. 

This house is an excellent choice for men, that stolen are on atmosphere and luxury, and that further also an a little central lain house seek the wide outlines to explore: the mountain of Snezka in the northern situated giants mountains, with 1602 m the most mountain of the czech republic, the Grootmoedertjesdal, the rock city Adrspach and the Broumovsko landscapes park in the east, the baroque hospital in Kuks in the
south, the glass industry Western giants mountains (Jablonec nad Nisou, etc.). And so there are countless possibilities.

By the house, a ground piece of 3.500 m2. At the back, lies woods, at the other side of the way and at both sides you view over, banks and woods. Nearest neighbors on ca. 150 m.
In the summer also a comfortable, pleasant house. From the kitchen, you come via 2 folding doors on the porch.
Parking for 3 cars in summer and winter by the house.

FIRST FLOOR

Entrance
Entrance in vestibule. Of from this, you can have right to the garage and left to the central hall with stair to above.
Bordering on the hall a toilet (3e toilet) and a heated use space with washing machine, dry line and ironing iron with board. In winter you can also dry here your laundry.

Living room
The living room (50 M²) has an oak floor, 2 large couches for three and 2 armchairs, radio, cd-player, cassettedeck, sat-Tv, VHS-video. Electric heaters and a stove for wood. Extra dining table for 8 persons.

    

      

Kitchen
Very large eat-in kitchen (30m²) foresee of floor heating with dining table (10 till 23 persons) with 12 chairs and chair for children.  A large L-kitchen with  induction stove , steam head, refrigerator, dishwasher, SENSEO café machine. Further is person present: coffee machine, water cooker, toaster etc.

A dining table for 12 persons. A stove for wood and a cosy corner with a sofa for 2 persons (possible to make a sleeping sofa). Floor heating.
 

Terrace/garden
Terrace, garden furniture for 12 persons, sunshade, a parking place for 3 cars (Summer and winter) Garage.
 

 

SECOND FLOOR

Bed room
5 bed rooms. 2 Bed rooms for 3 persons,  1 bed room for 2 persons, here is a double bed and 2 bed rooms for 2 persons, each with single beds
Present in each of the bedrooms: electrical heating, a cupboard and synthetic continental quilts (1 x 2-persons, 10 x 1 person ).
Sizes of the bed rooms: 2 x 17 m2 en 3 x 15 m2.
 

Bath room
Two bath rooms with bath, shower cabine, double wash basin, cupboard and toilet.
Size of each bath room is 7 m2
