Reservation
A reservation on the phone, in writing or by internet is binding for you and for
us.
The date, which you have made to your wish, is called booking-date. The
reservation
will be brought about by receiving the first part
(50%) of the rent on our
account.
We are authorized to annul the reservation, when the first indebted amount has
not been paid within 14 day after the booking-date. The rest of the
travel-amount
must be remitted on our account at the latest of 6 weeks before
the day of the first
day of the rental-period.
Changes of the lease
Changes concerning the number of given persons and days must be consulted with
the hirer.
The rent can be changed only by the letter.
Annulment by the hirer
When you annul, you are indebted the following
amounts:
* at annulment until 8 weeks before the day of
arrival:
50% of the rent
*
at a annulment from 8 weeks (inclusive) until
the day of arrival:
100% of the rent
At annulment none of other made costs, besides
the percentage named above, will be made good.
Responsibility
You are going on vacation at your own risk.
Because the park ARCADIAN is under construction, can it happen that house are
being
build.
Our prices are adapted to this situation.
Complaints about building-activities will not be accepted.
When we are responsible towards the hirer for the privation of the pleasure of
the
vacation, (which do not incude building-activities) in all cases it
will be at the highest
a compensation of the rent which has been paid.
Residence conditions
The rental week will be from Saturday until Saturday.
At the vacation-residence
you will be expected between 15.00 and 20.00 hour and you have to leave the
vacation-residence before 10.00 hour.
For the consumption of the current you will be charged €
35,00
per week in
winter-time.
For the final cleaning you will be charged € 45,00.
Don’t leave any
unwashed dishes.

Pets are NOT allowed.
