The house lies in Vrchlabi and not far from the larger city Trutnov (14 km) with be good foresee, souvenir store and beautiful renovated market square.

The house is situated in a quiet small street and is well accessible. If you wants to walk or ride a bicycle (mountainbike) there are a lot of possibilities in the surroundings. The giants mountains lies on ca. 8 km. 

This house is an excellent choice for men, that stolen are on atmosphere and luxury, and that further also an a little central lain house seek the wide outlines to explore: the mountain of Snezka in the northern situated giants mountains, with 1602 m the most mountain of the czech republic, the Grootmoedertjesdal, the rock city Adrspach and the Broumovsko landscapes park in the east, the baroque hospital in Kuks in the
south, the glass industry Western giants mountains (Jablonec nad Nisou, etc.). And so there are countless possibilities.

By the house, a ground piece of 1.400 m2.
In the summer also a comfortable, pleasant house. From the kitchen, you come via the hall in the bif living room.
Parking for 3 cars in summer and winter by the house.

The surroundings borrows stuck out self for the making from walks, mountainbiking, winter sport and much more activities Also an outing to Prag may not be missing naturally at your holiday.

Very large eat-in kitchen foresee of floor heating with dining table (12 persons) with 12 chairs and chair for children.  A large kitchen with  ceramic stove , steam head, refrigerator, dishwasher. Further is person present: coffee machine, water cooker, toaster etc.

A cuboard for skis in winter.
 

Terrace/garden
Terrace, garden furniture for 12 persons, sunshade, a parking place for 3 cars (Summer and winter) Garage.

SECOND FLOOR

Bed room
5 bed rooms. 1 Bed rooms for 3 persons,  1 bed room for 3 persons, 2 bed room for 2 persons, and 1 bed room for 1 person. Present in each of the bedrooms: electriacl heating, a cupboard and synthetic continental quilts . On one of the bed room there is a bed for babies.
